Shaler Area is excited to celebrate its annual Homecoming celebration on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2022. This year's Homecoming theme is United Sounds of America.
10:30 a.m. PARADE
Come and watch Shaler Area's Homecoming parade, featuring floats and banners; our S.A. Fightin’ Titan Marching Band with the Majorettes, Dance Team and Silk Line; S.A. Cheerleaders; fire trucks, antique cars, alumni groups, dance schools, and much, much more! The parade will travel down Mount Royal Boulevard from St. Bonaventure Church to Titan Stadium.
12:00 p.m. PICNIC
This year's picnic will take place around the Shaler Area Middle School campus and feature food booths operated by SASD boosters, children's activities, sales of Shaler Area clothing and other items.
SASD booster organizations wishing to participate in the Homecoming Picnic should complete and submit the Homecoming Picnic Application to the High School Activities Office in order to secure a space at the event. 1:30 p.m. FOOTBALL GAME
Shaler Area Varsity Football team will take the field. During the football game, Shaler Area will announce the banner winners, Homecoming Court, and crown the Homecoming queen or king.
PARKING INFORMATION
Parking is available at Kiwanis Park, off of Wetzel Road. A free shuttle will run between the park and the middle school/Titan Stadium starting at 9:30 a.m. through the end of the football game.
