Shaler Area High School is currently accepting sealed proposals from photographers and photography studios for a 2023–2024 school year agreement. Proposals will be accepted before 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.

RFP should include:
• Formal senior portraits for the graduating Class of 2024 (with photographer organizing individual family ordering process, pricing and fulfillment independently)
• Candid photography of the Class of 2024 Commencement Ceremony
• Formal Graduate portraits during ceremony as graduates accept diploma aside stadium dias (with photographer organizing individual family ordering process, pricing and fulfillment independently)
• A schedule of on-location candid activity photographs for up to 6 events per year (examples include musicals, performances, homecoming events)
